Alysha is our Founder, Director, and Licensed Settlement Agent. Alysha is the one you will be working with on your settlement journey.
Alysha stumbled upon the settlement industry when she purchased her first home, and found a love for the process and helping people into their homes.
Alysha has implemented a number of new processes to develop and support The Simple Settlement Co into the future of property settlements. These procedures allow for our clients to benefit from a more cohesive and efficient settlement process.
Alysha is a member of the PEXA Advisory board and the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA providing her the opportunity to help develop the settlement industry.
Alysha Chappell
Alysha began her career eleven years ago as an Outside Clerk, learning the intricate details of the settlement process before completing her Diploma of Conveyancing and obtaining her Real Estate Settlement Agent License. For the last four years, Alysha has run a large settlement agency in the Perth metro area and has now stepped away and founded The Simple Settlement Co.
Outside the settlement industry, Alysha has her fiancé and three young children. She loves to travel in their caravan and a glass of wine.
Tania Miltrup
Tania joined the settlement industry in 2020 as an administrator. She is our first point f contact and the one behind the scenes helping Alysha with whatever she can. Tania is such a supportive role in the office and the one responsible for preparing your documentation at the initial stages of settlement and following up your initial contractual requirements.
Outside work, Tania has three grown children and loves to spend time at her property and travelling with her husband in their caravan.
