Alysha Smith
Alysha is the Founder, Director, and Licensed Settlement Agent at The Simple Settlement Co and the person you’ll work with throughout your settlement journey. Her passion for conveyancing began when she purchased her first home, where she discovered a genuine love for the settlement process and helping people confidently move into their next chapter.
With over eleven years of industry experience, Alysha started her career as an Outside Clerk, learning the settlement process from the ground up before completing her Diploma of Conveyancing and obtaining her Real Estate Settlement Agent Licence. After running a large Perth-based settlement agency for four years, she founded The Simple Settlement Co with a focus on smarter systems, clearer communication, and a more efficient client experience.
Alysha is a member of the PEXA Advisory Board and the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA, allowing her to actively contribute to the future of the settlement industry. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling in the caravan with her fiancé and three young children - ideally with a glass of wine in hand.
Tania Miltrup
Tania joined the settlement industry in 2020 as an administrator. She is our first point of contact and the one behind the scenes helping Alysha with whatever she can. Tania is such a supportive role in the office and the one responsible for preparing your documentation at the initial stages of settlement and following up your initial contractual requirements.
Outside work, Tania has three grown children and loves to spend time at her property and travelling with her husband in their caravan.
